"I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with State Farm, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. After getting rear ended, I filed a claim expecting a smooth process, but instead, it’s been nothing but poor communication and issues. It has been months, and my claim is still unresolved. Every time I call, I get vague answers or excuses. What’s even worse is how they undervalued my car and keep raising my monthly insurance bill even tho the accident wasn’t my fault. Their offer didn’t come close to reflecting the market value or the condition of my vehicle. When I tried to dispute it, the process was unnecessarily complicated, with no clear direction on how to proceed. State Farm’s handling of this claim has been exhausting and unprofessional. I thought I was paying for quality service and reliability, but that has not been my experience at all."
